Salary: $85,000 per year
Shift: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.. Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.

What’s a typical day as Construction Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Assisting the Construction Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking new store construction and renovation projects
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinating communication with internal teams, contractors, consultants, landlords, and local authorities
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and progress reports
- Participating in vendor selection and negotiation processes
- Supporting procurement by reviewing materials, equipment, and service proposals
- Tracking project budgets, invoices, and payment schedules in collaboration with finance
- Assisting with obtaining permits, licenses, and approvals to ensure compliance
- Contributing to developing and maintaining departmental systems, workflows, and documentation standards
- Overseeing project administration, exercising sound management judgement, and communicating with stakeholders
- Traveling to project sites as needed to support progress monitoring and issue resolution
- Performing other duties as assigned by the project manager
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Have 5+ years of relevant construction or project coordination experience, preferably in retail or commercial projects
- Can read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Are proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess knowledge of project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
- Are familiar with local building codes, permit processes, and construction regulations
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is an asset
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an asset
- Hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel as required
