Production Associate / Machine Operator | 2nd Shift + Shift Premium
Full-Time | Paid Breaks | No Experience Needed
Looking for a solid-paying job with a consistent afternoon/evening schedule? We’re hiring Production Associates / Machine Operators to support our manufacturing team. No experience? No problem—training is provided so you can start strong.
Pay & Shift Details
- $20.00/hr
- + $1.00/hr shift differential (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Paid Breaks
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- One paid 30-minute lunch
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help operate and set up production equipment
- Package, label, and palletize finished products
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections
- Complete production logs and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Assist with recycling and material handling
What You Bring
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Basic math and reading skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
