Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00–$26.45 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift options!

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating machinery to produce parts, tools, and equipment using sketches, prints, or instruction manuals.
- Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Cleaning and maintaining machines as necessary.
- Troubleshooting and correcting simple manufacturing problems in a timely manner.
- Maintaining supplies and calibration records for pertinent equipment.
- Notifying supervisor when machinery needs maintenance or repairs.
- Adhering to all quality and safety guidelines and maintaining currency on requirements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Possess 2–4 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Are able to work independently and troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues.
- Are dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
