Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25 - $29/hr based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator II? You’ll be:
– Setting up and operating an automatic wave solder machine to solder multiple connections on printed circuit boards
– Operating and maintaining foam fluxer, using hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio. ·
-Adding/filling bar solder, flux and alcohol to machine as required.
-Cleaning and adjusting the flux density controller (FDC) and fluxer.
-Monitoring boards for soldering defects.
-Checking components for proper seating and soldering quality. ·
-Draining the flux and clean the machine on a weekly basis.
-Maintaining inventory of chemical and solder usage.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma or equivalent, which is required.
-Possess at least one year related experience and/or training
– Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions.
