Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.50 per hour on swing shift
$23 on days 7am-3:30pm
Shift: Swing Shift: 3:35p-12:05a (New Hire Orientation: 10:00 AM, Swing shift will train on day shift)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operator I? You’ll be:
- Following procedures, instructions, and sequence of operations in unpacking, preparing, and assembling components
- Moving materials between production, warehouse, and other facility areas
- Performing product assembly operations on simple components and sub-assemblies, including integration of computer parts into chassis on an assembly line
- Utilizing small hand tools or power screwdrivers to install brackets, components, and labels
- Installing rails to elevation on rack specifications and identifying/scanning labels
- Labeling cables using a cable labeling machine and cabling racks and server components
- Completing any additional assigned tasks as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail and are able to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
- Are physically able to regularly lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Demonstrate manual dexterity and familiarity with manufacturing documentation
- Possess less than 6 months of related job experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
