We’re seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to work at a premier manufacturing client in Fremont, CA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.50 per hour on swing shift

$23 on days 7am-3:30pm

Shift: Swing Shift: 3:35p-12:05a (New Hire Orientation: 10:00 AM, Swing shift will train on day shift)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operator I? You’ll be:

  • Following procedures, instructions, and sequence of operations in unpacking, preparing, and assembling components

  • Moving materials between production, warehouse, and other facility areas

  • Performing product assembly operations on simple components and sub-assemblies, including integration of computer parts into chassis on an assembly line

  • Utilizing small hand tools or power screwdrivers to install brackets, components, and labels

  • Installing rails to elevation on rack specifications and identifying/scanning labels

  • Labeling cables using a cable labeling machine and cabling racks and server components

  • Completing any additional assigned tasks as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong attention to detail and are able to follow both verbal and written instructions

  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

  • Are physically able to regularly lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods

  • Demonstrate manual dexterity and familiarity with manufacturing documentation

  • Possess less than 6 months of related job experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
