Position: Client Account Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12 months
Overview:
Client Account Coordinator is an administrative position focused on processing parts returns from 3rd party technicians related to our installation and maintenance calls. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repeatable tasks accurately, and a proactive work ethic. Previous experience working independently within business systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for parts return processing
- Transfer data from FieldNation to Salesforce (experience in Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Perform heavy administrative tasks related to parts and inventory
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between platforms
- Collaborate closely with team members and adhere to established processes
Qualifications:
- Prior systems experience required; proficiency with Salesforce highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks efficiently
- Self-starter who demonstrates reliability and independence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor for video interviews and remote interactions
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm (required)
- Some flexibility with the additional hours and days is available and can be discussed
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $21/hour
