Pay rate and Shift
l Job Duration: 12+ Months
l Shift: 1st 5:30AM- 3PM
2nd 3:30PM - 1 AM
3rd 9:30PM - 7AM
Note:
Will train on 1st shift initially for approx. 2-3 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Mechanics and Electricians in Body Shop
- Start up meeting daily – 30 minutes before the shift starts
- On the floor all day – helping with maintaining production lines and responding to breakdowns in order to keep the line moving
- Manage team – payroll, safety, quality, any help that is needed as far as getting spare parts from the crib or ordering them
- Once a week they will report out on their thruput process – what they are doing to make their area run better, talk about business plan deployment
- Working hand in hand with the production team, working with other group leaders, 3 group leaders per shift and they all work very well together, work with engineering
- Maintenance background
- People leadership experience
- Automotive welding background understand the process and the quality experience
- Associate’s Degree (field does not matter)
- Years of experience – at least 8 years
