Machine Maintenance Technician (Experienced)
Location: LaVergne, TN (Onsite)
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- $34/hour (based on experience)

Kelly is hiring a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to support a leading manufacturing facility in LaVergne, TN. What You’ll Do
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair CNC and production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) using a maintenance system (SAP or similar)
- Support continuous production by ensuring equipment reliability
- Communicate with operators and supervisors to resolve issues quickly
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training or degree is a plus (not required)
- Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment (required)
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with maintenance systems (SAP or similar) is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Required PPE: safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs
