Machine Maintenance Technician (Experienced)

Location: LaVergne, TN (Onsite)
Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • $34/hour (based on experience)

Kelly is hiring a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to support a leading manufacturing facility in LaVergne, TN. What You’ll Do

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Maintain and repair CNC and production equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) using a maintenance system (SAP or similar)

  • Support continuous production by ensuring equipment reliability

  • Communicate with operators and supervisors to resolve issues quickly

  • Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Technical training or degree is a plus (not required)

  • Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment (required)

  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with maintenance systems (SAP or similar) is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment

  • Required PPE: safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves as needed

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs
