Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hr

Shift: Rotating Night Shift, 6:45pm–7:15am

What’s a typical day as Operator 1 – Machine? You’ll be:

  • Operating production equipment to assemble and process materials into finished products according to specifications.

  • Assisting with equipment set up, changeovers, and cleaning as needed.

  • Conducting quality control inspections of products and removing defective items.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production and equipment.

  • Troubleshooting minor production issues and alerting supervisors of maintenance needs.

  • Preparing and verifying tickets, labels, and paperwork for production batches.

  • Performing specialized functions such as rackwinding and annealing according to requirements.

  • Supporting area leads, ordering raw materials, and helping with inventory controls.

  • Promoting innovation and continuous learning throughout the team.

  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment according to the 6S program.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment (preferred but not required).

  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple job functions.

  • Are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow all safety and quality guidelines.

  • Possess basic troubleshooting skills and can report production issues proactively.

  • Are comfortable with shift work and can support team needs as required.

  • Have strong communication skills to report and resolve production challenges.
