Salary: $13.50 per hour

Overview
This client is a Medical Device company whose mission is to save and sustain lives, which partner with the healthcare community to continually find more efficient, smarter ways to help solve the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges.
This role will give you an opportunity to work to deliver new, better healthcare solutions. This role ensures that all products meet strict quality standards and are produced according to specific batch records and formulas.

Schedule:

  • 12 hr shift 4 days a week, may include weekends.

  • 2 days a week night shift 2 days a week morning shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to manufacture medical solutions and chemical components.

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment, including mixing tanks, reactors, filtration systems, and sterilization units.

  • Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and chemical ingredients according to precise formulas.

  • Document the manufacturing activities and revise accurate the required documentation MBR s, LIMS, protocols, SOPs, Forms, Cleaning, EOA, etc. and attend manufacturing process trainings.

Requirements:

  • Technical or Associate degree required with 1 yr minimum experience.

  • Physical demands

    • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing and walking

    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects

    • Availability to work outdoors within a chemical plant facility, including areas without air conditioning

    • Ability to work safely in environments with exposure to weather variations and industrial conditions

    • Strict compliance with safety procedures and mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
