Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.50/hour

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Setting up, operating, monitoring, and running multiple types of manufacturing machinery to produce superior cabinetry products

  • Assembling products and parts using basic hand tools

  • Measuring materials to blueprint specifications with various measuring devices

  • Following production guidelines and specifications for high-quality results

  • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment or internal movement

  • Operating and monitoring machines within the cell to ensure quality production and minimal downtime

  • Performing inventory and component inspections or audits according to specifications

  • Maintaining charts, logbooks, and databases as required

  • Meeting daily production goals and deadlines during your shift

  • Storing products and materials properly

  • Reporting defective products or equipment and escalating quality issues

  • Maintaining accurate finished goods traceability

  • Supporting the C.A.R.E values of the organization and complying with plant safety policies

  • Performing other assigned tasks as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have the ability to read measuring instruments (required)

  • Can perform basic mathematical skills (required)

  • Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and processes

  • Demonstrate detail orientation, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • Are focused on meeting production goals and deadlines

  • Have prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

  • Can read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift/move more than 50 lbs. at a time

Can stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended
