About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, monitor, and run multiple types of machinery to produce top-quality products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us exceed our production goals and deliver superior results every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our C.A.R.E. values and build a positive work culture.
- Champion safety—follow plant safety and environmental rules while keeping your work area clean and organized.
- Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools.
- Measure materials using precision devices to confirm they meet blueprint specs.
- Follow established production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalize and package finished goods for shipment or storage.
- Operate/monitor a variety of machines within your daily cell to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct inventory, audit components, and perform specification inspections.
- Maintain charts, logbooks, and databases.
- Meet production goals and understand cycle time requirements.
- Store products and materials and meet shift deadlines.
- Report and document defective products or equipment quickly.
- Maintain accurate finished goods traceability.
- Proactively raise concerns about material, technical, and quality issues.
- Tackle other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to accurately read measuring instruments (required).
- Basic math skills (required).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred but not required).
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Teamwork-focused and detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift/move over 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, stoop, and move for extended periods.
Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm | $15.50/hr
2nd Shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm | $16.50/hr
