About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, monitor, and run multiple types of machinery to produce top-quality products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us exceed our production goals and deliver superior results every day.
What You’ll Do:

  • Support our C.A.R.E. values and build a positive work culture.

  • Champion safety—follow plant safety and environmental rules while keeping your work area clean and organized.

  • Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools.

  • Measure materials using precision devices to confirm they meet blueprint specs.

  • Follow established production guidelines and specifications.

  • Finalize and package finished goods for shipment or storage.

  • Operate/monitor a variety of machines within your daily cell to ensure quality and minimize downtime.

  • Conduct inventory, audit components, and perform specification inspections.

  • Maintain charts, logbooks, and databases.

  • Meet production goals and understand cycle time requirements.

  • Store products and materials and meet shift deadlines.

  • Report and document defective products or equipment quickly.

  • Maintain accurate finished goods traceability.

  • Proactively raise concerns about material, technical, and quality issues.

  • Tackle other tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to accurately read measuring instruments (required).

  • Basic math skills (required).

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred but not required).

  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines.

  • Strong multitasking ability.

  • Teamwork-focused and detail-oriented.

  • Problem-solving mindset.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift/move over 50 lbs.

  • Stand, walk, stoop, and move for extended periods.

Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm | $15.50/hr
2nd Shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm | $16.50/hr
