Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 2nd Shift, 4pm – 12:30am M-F (Training takes place on 1st Shift 8-4:30pm)

What’s a typical day as Line Leader? You’ll be:

  • Starting as an assembler on the production line—learning, developing, and training before moving into the Line Lead position.

  • Ensuring proper material are available at the cell and assembled according to instructions.

  • Completing start-up and in-process checks per Bill of Materials, including items like glue, tape, and labels.

  • Ensuring work instructions are understood and executed by the production line team.

  • Verifying product suitability for shipment with drop and stack tests as required.

  • Sharing responsibility with Quality for finished product accuracy.

  • Tracking hourly production rates, crew size, and keeping accurate records.

  • Overseeing crew activity, managing breaks, and reporting personnel issues to management.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production cell during and after runs.

  • Organizing surplus materials and properly storing tools after job completion.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (required).

  • Bring kit packing and/or packaging experience (highly preferred).

  • Possess strong time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse groups of employees and support staff.

  • Are able to regularly stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Can work under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
