Job Title: Hip Marketing Summer Intern – Undergraduate
Location: 4500 Riverside Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, USA (Synthes US, Johnson & Johnson)
Internship Period: June 1, 2026 – August 14, 2026
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $20.30/hr (Overtime and double-time rates applicable)
 


Role Overview

The Hip Marketing team at Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to support key marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio. You’ll gain exposure to product marketing, strategic planning, and cross-functional teamwork within the medical device industry. Our ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to ongoing marketing projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Assist with market research, data analysis, and preparation of business materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various internal activities.

  • Participate in team meetings and share insights or creative perspectives.

  • Project assignments may vary and will be determined at the start of the internship based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Top Non-Negotiable Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    • Strong communication and organizational skills


  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or product marketing is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
