Kelly Services is hiring CNC Machine Operators (Bending Machines) in Farmington, CT!
Join a modern sheet metal fabrication environment where you’ll operate CNC bending machines in a high-tech manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience looking to grow into CNC operations—even if you haven’t worked specifically on bending machines.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines for sheet metal fabrication
- Interpret blueprints and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures
- Perform initial production runs and support process setup
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine or programming issues
- Maintain equipment and workspace following 5S and TPM standards
- Support team activities and meet production timelines
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience required
- Experience with CNC, lathe, milling, or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to operate overhead crane or forklift (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with TRUMPF machines is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Monday-Friday | 3:30PM-12:00AM | Full-Time
- $18.00–$25.00/hr DOE + 15% Shift Differential
- Weekly Pay | Long Term Temp
