Job Title: Machine Operator – Medical Device Production
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Schedule: 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Compensation: $19.26 hour


Your Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, playing a vital role in the production of high-quality medical devices. This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility, support critical healthcare needs, and grow alongside a supportive team!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor sponging equipment for medical device manufacturing

  • Accurately feed sponges through automated machinery

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards

  • Complete and maintain basic documentation

  • Promptly report any defects or equipment issues

  • Support other departments as business needs require

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting, especially with automated equipment

  • English proficiency (speak, read, write) for workplace conversation and documentation

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 20 lbs.

  • Comfortable operating/pulling a pallet jack

  • Flexibility to support occasional weekend overtime, as needed

  • Independent work style with minimal supervision required

  • Positive team player with a collaborative spirit
