Job details

Job Title: General Labor – 1st or 2nd Shift Production (Temp to Hire)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday, 5:00 pm–3:30 am

  • May require additional hours on Friday, 4:30 pm–3:00 am, depending on production needs

Pay: $19/hour (2nd shift)
(1st shift is 6:00 am–4:30 pm, $17/hour)

Overview:
We are seeking self-motivated individuals for our production team, assembling pickles and other fruits and vegetables into bags. Temporary-to-hire opportunities are available on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks

  • Consistently lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties

  • Stand for the majority of the shift

  • Adhere to safety and quality standards

  • Work productively in a cold environment

  • Tolerate strong product odors (e.g., pickles)

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks

  • Comfort with heavy lifting and standing for long periods

  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and strong odors

  • Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours
