Position: Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm ($17/hour)
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 pm – 3:30 am ($19/hour)
- Potential for overtime, including Fridays (4:30 pm – 3:00 am), based on production demands
Role Summary:
Join our fast-paced production team! We’re looking for dependable team members to help package and assemble a variety of fruits, pickles, and vegetables. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to build a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and pack products with attention to detail
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
- Remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe, clean, and quality-focused workspace
- Operate efficiently within chilled, odor-intensive surroundings
Qualifications:
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold conditions and around strong food smells
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic
- Must be adaptable to overtime and changing production needs
