Pay - $24 per hour – Temp to hire opportunity! 

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Experience in a laboratory setting preferred

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You’ll be:

  • Managing and organizing laboratory documents and files

  • Providing administrative support to the laboratory team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

  • Assisting front desk receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries

  • Maintaining and updating records for accuracy and accessibility

  • Coordinating with other departments to streamline administrative processes

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations regarding document management

  • Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity

  • Performing other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have proven experience in an administrative or document management role, preferably within a laboratory setting

  • Possess excellent writing and communication skills to draft clear and accurate reports

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

  • Work independently as well as part of a team

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
