Kelly BPO, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Senior Education Logistics Assistant at one of our Global clients in Colorado Springs, CO.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Senior Education Logistics Assistant
Location: Colorado Springs (80921)
Pay: $25hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8-hour first shift.

Job Description: Help manage inventory used for educational purposes at the institute and other areas. Travel once a month to events to for setup and breakdown of equipment. Will interface with Marketing, Professional Education, Sales and Meeting Services for events.

Responsibilities:

  • Stocking and organizing of disposables and product for labs, workshops, demos

  • Picking, Packing, Shipping and Receiving of capital equipment, loaners, disposables, and product for various events both on and off site

  • Maintaining stock levels of disposables, consumables, and products

  • Conducting audits cycle counts

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and order materials as necessary from appropriate vendors with Supervisor s approval.

  • Manage flow of deliveries in and out of facility ERD recycling and destruction of expired or old product

  • Updating, charging repairs as needed of Barcode Scanners used w/ FileMaker Pro Advanced

  • Assist with maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training, and workshops.

  • Support product requests, prepare portable display properties tablecloths, roll-up graphics, posters and inspect upon return, handle distribution, and shipping

  • Maintain consistency of set contents, ordering missing items, adding new items to inventory

  • Pick and pack daily orders for shipment.

  • Prepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as Customs required documents.

  • Laser Etch new education material as required.

  • Individual will interface with Marketing, Professional Education, Sales and Meeting Services for demo and display requirements.

  • Handle order processing, inventory counts and provide updates in software system.

  • Travel to on-site assignments for set-up and/or tear down, as well as supportive tasks as required for successful execution of business objectives Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.

  • Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period.

  • Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures.

  • Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.

  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.

  • Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.

  • Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards Bloodborne pathogens training, etc .

Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required

  • Some warehouse/distribution/shipping experience is preferred

  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Basic math skills

  • Must have good communication skills

  • Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary

  • Heavy Lifting required

  • Travel required

  • Additional Notes: This position will require traveling to event showings, performing setup and breakdown of equipment.

  • Travel is required approximately once a month. Travel duration is usually 4 – 5 days.
