Join Our Team as a Data Entry Specialist!

Location: North Canton, OH Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help protect businesses, people, and time by ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and providing top-notch service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:

  • Enter high volumes of data accurately and efficiently for billing purposes

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections with speed and precision

  • Validate and verify contract agreements as needed

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience

  • Collaborate across teams to secure timely payments

  • Act as a resource for other departments and support general office needs

  • Answer phones and respond professionally to inquiries

  • Support peers through training and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1 year of data entry experience preferred

  • Strong math skills and basic accounting knowledge

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Salesforce is a plus
