Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Location: Remote (Work from Home) — Resides anywhere within the US (AZ, Central US, or nearby regions a plus).

Salary: $32.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (local time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist for a 6-month contract to support our G&E recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mid-level recruiting experience, some familiarity with technology recruitment is a plus, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various positions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.

  • Manage the full sourcing process from sourcing to initial screening.

  • Maintain and update candidate database with detailed notes and feedback.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to provide high-quality pipelines and excellent candidate experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or sourcing.

  • Experience with tech hiring is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively with teams across the US.
