Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Shift: 5:50am-6pm/5:50pm-6am

What’s a typical day as Production Worker? You’ll be:
- Loading catalyst substrates on coating machines and production lines
- Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment to ensure safe operations
- Operating equipment and machinery in strict compliance with safety procedures and protocols
- Performing housekeeping duties in assigned production areas
- Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues
- Following work instructions, procedures, and product specifications in the Prep Department
- Adding specified amounts of raw materials into vessels or blending tanks
- Setting valves and controls to feed materials and maintain specified system parameters
- Monitoring gauges, instruments, and chemical reactions during the production process
- Attaching hoses, pumps, and transfer equipment to move materials as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred but not required)
- Are able to follow detailed work instructions, safety policies, and procedures
- Can perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and standing for extended periods
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Are flexible and willing to work in multiple departments as needed
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
