Machine Operator – Press Operator (1st Shift)
Location: Franklin, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (1st Shift)
Pay: $16.37 per hour

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press machines following established procedures and specifications.
- Load materials onto the press and adjust machine settings to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor press operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality output.
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality; perform routine measurements and checks.
- Perform basic maintenance on press equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, scrap, and downtime.
- Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to safety and quality control.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot press equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles and measurement techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to production issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
