Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support our business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to business clients via phone and email
- Process orders, inquiries, and account updates accurately
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in an Optical Environment
- Previous customer service experience required (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer systems
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
