What’s a typical day as a Call Center / Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries and providing accurate, non-partisan information.
• Assisting voters with updating their voter registration records and changing party affiliation as permitted.
• Informing voters about polling locations for early voting and Election Day while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.

• Can perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Are willing to work overtime with little to no notice, adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
