Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician
Kelly Engineering is hiring a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working directly on critical fab equipment in a 24/7 operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repair on semiconductor equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systems
- Support uptime and minimize tool downtime
- Work with engineers and maintenance teams on escalations
- Follow cleanroom and safety protocols
- Document work and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with equipment maintenance experience
- Semiconductor fab experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with tools like Etch, Litho, or Vacuum systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
- Team-oriented and reliable
Schedule:
- 12-hour compressed schedule
- 3–4 days per week
- Day or night shift available
