Kelly® is seeking dedicated Machine Operators for a premier manufacturing client in Cary, IL. If you’re looking for hands-on experience, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance your career close to home, this role may be perfect for you!

Shifts & Pay Rate:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | $22.30/hr | 6:30am–2:30pm or 7am–3pm

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | $23.30/hr | 2:30pm–10:30pm or 3pm–11pm

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | $24.30/hr | 10:30pm–6:30am or 11pm–7am

As a Machine Operator, You Will:

  • Pack components into pouches or boxes using light assembly machines

  • Make minor process adjustments (e.g., clearing jams)

  • Operate assembly lines with a small team

  • Push, pull, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs. intermittently

  • Stand or walk for your entire shift

  • Maintain strong cleanliness and safety standards

This Role May Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Can stand, kneel, walk, bend, sit, lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs. through your shift

  • Are comfortable with cleanroom gowning procedures

  • Have manual dexterity for handling small parts

  • Demonstrate strong hand/eye coordination

  • Are detail-oriented with basic computer skills

  • Can read, write, speak, and comprehend English
