Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday- Thursday 7:30- 5:30pm, Friday- half day work schedule
$25.00.hour
Must have experience with ITEL Library
What’s a typical day as an IT Support Services Analyst? You’ll be:
• Answering, documenting, and triaging new work requests received through various channels including phone, messaging, email, and in-person interactions.
• Reviewing, organizing, and prioritizing all pending work assigned to the team within ServiceNow to ensure timely and effective handling.
• Providing technical assistance to users for incidents assigned to the team, delivering support both in person and remotely using telephonic and remote desktop solutions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a associates degree with two years of concentrated experience in IT support or related fields.
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in software troubleshooting, system administration, and incident management.
• Are available for after-hours support during assigned on-call rotations for incidents or requests requiring extended coverage.
