Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Houston TX 77032
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | REMOTE / Availability required between 7:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST. (not a 13 hour shift)
Pay Rate: USD 21 to 22.50/hr
Contract: 6 months
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service or related experience, or Associate’s degree with comparable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations professionally
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to travel to any Evoqua branch for training or meetings as needed
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders, service requests, and related documentation
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests
• Enter and update service order requests and provide order confirmations
• Follow company policies and established procedures
• Process customer payments and provide proof of payment when required
• Provide invoices and customer-specific reports upon request
• Maintain department service standards and performance metrics
• Travel to Evoqua branches for training or meetings as needed
