Machine Operator – Coil Line
Temp to Hire
East Longmeadow, MA
1st Shift- Monday – Friday 5:00am – 3:30pm- Pay: $21/hr
What you’ll be doing:
- Run machines that wind, cut, and package metal coils
- Move materials using hand or hydraulic trucks
- Inspect materials for quality and defects
- Monitor machines and measure finished products
- Perform basic welding to join/splice coils (training provided)
- Complete basic production paperwork
- Keep your area clean and follow safety guidelines
What they’re looking for:
- Manufacturing or machine experience (preferred)
- Comfortable using measuring tools (micrometers)
- Basic math skills (including decimals)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and safety-focused
- High School Diploma or GED
