? Join Our Team as a Receptionist! Temporary 12-Week Opportunity ?
Are you looking to kickstart your career or make an impact in a dynamic office environment? We’re searching for a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide exceptional support for our team during a busy period!
? Position: Receptionist (Temporary, 12 Weeks)
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
? Start: As soon as possible


What You’ll Do

  • ? Welcome Guests: Greet visitors and assist them with a positive, professional attitude

  • ? Manage Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls smoothly

  • ?? Data & Orders: Enter, manage, and organize orders and records with accuracy

  • ? Outreach: Contact contractors and solar companies to obtain email details

  • ? Send Communications: Manage outgoing emails and information requests efficiently

  • ? Liaison: Order mortgage payoff statements from lenders as needed

  • ?? Document Management: Copy, scan, and organize important document packages

  • ? Scheduling: Book appointments and keep calendars up-to-date

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Clear communication and top-notch customer service

  • High attention to detail; accuracy in data entry is a must

  • Basic computer and typing proficiency

  • Preferred: Positive, upbeat attitude, a self-starter, reliable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment!
