Location: Frederick, MD
Duration: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend)
Monday-Friday First shift, 30-40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $22–$28/hour

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician with hands-on flow cytometry experience to support a fast-paced laboratory team working with advanced biologics and cell-based processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and support flow cytometry assays for cell characterization and analysis
- Assist with sample processing, cell culture, and routine lab operations
- Execute experiments in accordance with SOPs and ensure accurate documentation (GMP/GDP)
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and cleanliness in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, R&D, and manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Hands-on flow cytometry experience required
- Background in biology, biotechnology, or related field
- Experience with cell-based assays and aseptic technique preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment
