Pay: $30 – $38/hr+ (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Wednesday | 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 7:00pm – 7:00am
About the Role
We are hiring a licensed Industrial Electrician to support maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for keeping production equipment and electrical systems running safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and supporting equipment upgrades and improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring.
- Troubleshooting electrical and automation issues to quickly restore production.
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Testing circuits and equipment using multimeters, megohmmeters, and diagnostic tools.
- Assisting with new equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning.
- Supporting production during emergency breakdowns and shift operations.
- Documenting maintenance activities and maintaining accurate service records.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all electrical work complies with Massachusetts electrical code, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all lockout/tagout and PPE safety procedures.
- Work independently while contributing to overall team goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts Electrical License required.
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
