at an elite tooling company in Huntsville, AL.


Job Specifications

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Temp to Hire

Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm ($20.00 per hour)

  • 3rd Shift: 6:30pm to 6:30am ($21.00 per hour)

  • Schedule: Rotating 3-2-3 and every other weekend

  • Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift

  • Availability: Must be available to work either shift at any time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces

  • Ensure product setup is correct and sufficiently clean

  • Ensure adequate gas supply; replace gas tanks as needed

  • Check targets and melts for process adequacy

  • Perform tests on standards to ensure coating thickness and adhesion are within specs

  • Perform batch cleanings at proper intervals

  • Responsible for setting up and separating product

Safety Requirements

  • Steel-toed boots required

  • No jewelry allowed

  • No face coverings permitted

  • Respirator required

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required to transition to customers payroll

  • Previous manufacturing experience required (1+ years in a similar role)

  • Able to use both hands simultaneously for pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking

  • Able to stand and work for extended periods

  • Good eye/hand coordination
