What’s a typical day as Employee Services Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Supporting daily HR operations with administrative and operational assistance.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.
- Administering employee benefits and supporting payroll processes.
- Serving as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and relations issues.
- Assisting in the resolution of employee complaints while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting wellness and engagement initiatives across the college.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes and communicating regular HR updates.
- Providing guidance on HR policies, institutional compliance, and employment laws.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
- Associate degree
- Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
- Possess a collaborative approach and willingness to support team initiatives.
- Are detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
