Job details

Position: Administrator / Project Coordinator (Part-Time) 
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch at 12:00 PM) 
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience) 
Type: Temp-to-Hire 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate schedules and support daily project operations 


  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support 


  • Process and send checks in a timely manner 


  • Manage emails, voicemails, and follow-ups with a strong sense of urgency 


  • Assist with workflow coordination from project start to completion 


  • Maintain organization of critical and non-critical tasks 

Qualifications: 

  • Prior administrative experience within the construction industry preferred 


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project 


  • Experience with QuickBooks required; accounting background strongly preferred 


  • Familiarity with UDA Construction Software is a plus 


  • Experience creating and managing spreadsheets (budgets, tracking, etc.) 


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information 


  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills 


  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment 


  • Interest in long-term growth with the company
