Data Operation Representative
 

  • Pay Rate: $23/hr

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm 

  • Contract Type: Temporary ( 6- 8 month contract)

Overview

Join our team as a Client Account Coordinator (Platform Specialist)! If you have the experience and skill set, this is an easy position with a clear structure: you’ll be following established processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting customer requests. You’ll handle customer transactions, respond to simple and more unique requests, and help make sure our platform runs smoothly—all while working regular, predictable hours.


What You’ll Do

  • Accurately process and update customer transactions—no guesswork, just following clear guidelines

  • Support Account Managers and Business Owners by converting platform opportunities into results

  • Keep records and data organized and accurate

  • Generate reports and share your insights with the team

  • Provide general team support and help ensure the right processes are followed

  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) with ease by managing tasks efficiently

What You’ll Need

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and using computers for daily work

  • Ability to focus, follow instructions, and organize multiple tasks

  • Previous data processing or transactional experience

  • Associate degree (or higher) OR 3+ years relevant work experience

  • Or High School Diploma plus 5+ years in a similar role

  • Must take and pass a typing test

  • Attention to detail and a cooperative attitude
