Assembler II – Telecom/Electronics

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $23-$25/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Environment: Non-temperature-controlled warehouse/manufacturing setting

Job Summary

We are hiring an Assembler II for hands-on telecom/electronics assembly work. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys using tools, following drawings or work instructions, wiring and routing cables, building assemblies, and checking their work for accuracy.

Job Duties

  • Assemble telecom/electronic equipment into racks, cabinets, or similar units

  • Read and follow work orders, drawings, diagrams, schematics, and instructions

  • Use hand tools and power tools for wiring, mounting, crimping, stripping, and assembly

  • Build, route, and connect wires or cable harnesses

  • Perform basic testing, inspection, and troubleshooting

  • Package or prepare completed work to prevent damage

  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Experience Needed

  • Experience in electronics assembly, telecom assembly, electrical assembly, cable assembly, wire harness assembly, or similar hands-on work

  • Ability to read work instructions, drawings, diagrams, or schematics

  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or push up to 40 lbs.
