Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $19.50/hr + shift differentials (2nd shift: $20.50/hr, 3rd shift: $20.25/hr)
  

• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts

What’s a typical day as a General Operator? You’ll be:

• Labeling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed to prepare for shipments.
  

• Entering key inventory information into computers accurately.
  

• Staging seed for warehouse shipment and performing essential housekeeping duties.
  

• Inspecting, cleaning, and washing seed pro boxes, including operating box wash equipment.
  

• Safely operating a variety of equipment and rotating through job roles, 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess physical stamina for lifting up to 60 lbs, walking, climbing, and working in all weather conditions.
  

• Are detail-oriented, safety conscious, able to distinguish seed varieties by size or color, and able to follow directions.
  

• Have reliable transportation and can work 40+ hours per week with overtime.
