Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sanford, FL, 32771
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Pay rate: USD 24.00 per hour
Contract: 8 months, Temp to hire
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide general customer service support with a primary focus on offering price quotes for parts and pumps, processing related orders, and assisting with warranty claims and invoice/billing issues.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing responsive customer service support
- Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions
- Maintain Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database
- Utilize the ERP-LX system for Order Entry
- Provide customers with part, pump, and motor quotes as requested
- Assist in processing warranty claims and handling credit memo/no charge requests
- Prepare customer communication folder
- Handle order entry processing and provide updates on order status
- Process order changes (e.g., address, schedule dates, carrier changes)
- Support sales teams with customer service activities
- Understand and carry out export compliance tasks as required
- Interface with customers to help resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) collections and dispute resolution issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; associate degree or some college experience preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial and accounting skills
- Problem-solving abilities and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP
