Location: Raynham, MA
Pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
Duration: Full-Time with Benefits | Flexible 1st Shift Schedule
- Flexible start time between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Core team schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Must be willing to stay later as needed to support operations and team needs

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our U.S. Distribution operations. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse functions while ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality handling of medical devices and components.
You will play a critical role in driving operational performance, developing your team, and ensuring all processes align with regulatory standards, including ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Distribution team across all warehouse functions
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, cycle counting, shipping, and logistics operations
- Ensure accurate handling and distribution of implants, instruments, robotics, and components
- Develop and maintain training documentation for all warehouse processes
- Create and implement cross-training programs to ensure operational coverage
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow
- Improve order fulfillment accuracy and turnaround times
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Support inventory planning initiatives and collaborate on supply chain strategies
- Participate in non-conformance and returns processes (NCMR)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements
- Foster a service-first, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
5+ years of warehouse management experience OR
10+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to plan and execute both short- and long-term goals
- Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and KPI tracking
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS, ISM, or SCPro certification
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industry
