Kelly Services has partnered with a leading pharma organization to fill a temporary to hire to hire Clinical Warehouse Technician in Bridgewater, MA. Apply using your 2026 resume. 

  • Pay: $21/hour 

  • Shift: 7:30 -3:30

Responsibilities

  • Process distribution orders (site, depot) using JDE and courier software.

  • Complete and include all documentation for domestic/international shipments.

  • Prepare and pack shipments per required conditions (cold chain, DG, hazmat, DEA).

  • Communicate shipment issues with administrators and project managers.

  • Process clinical returns per accountability requirements.

  • Record material movements accurately (manual/electronic).

  • Perform core ERP functions: receiving, transfers, issuance, returns, WIP/finished goods moves, ship confirmations.

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift).

  • Stage and deliver work orders for clinical production; create/issue work and sales orders.

  • Ensure compliance with PCI, cGMP, GCP policies and regulations

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., JDE), courier/shipping software.

  • Knowledge of shipping regulations (cold chain, DG, hazmat, DEA, international documentation).

  • Familiarity with cGMP, GCP, and PCI standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and inventory management
