Hourly Rate: $20.00
Job Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining clear communication across departments. This role requires precise execution of all inbound and outbound material workflows, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment
- Ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory/material control using ERP Axapta system
- Pack all outbound products, liaise with carriers for pickups, transact inventory and sales order shipment data
- Maintain compliance with local, national, and international guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to establish valid requirements
- Track and troubleshoot shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Support planning, scheduling, and reporting tasks within the manufacturing workflow
- Assist in scheduling and prioritizing activities in the assigned distribution area
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with international shipping
- Familiarity with inventory cycle count processes
