Job details

We are looking for an organized Equipment and Asset Coordinator to join our client’s team in St. Paul! This is a short term opportunity lasting approximately 30 to 60 days and is a great fit for someone who enjoys tracking details, connecting dots, and working across teams.
 
This role focuses on identifying and documenting equipment such as phones, printers, and scanners that are spread across multiple clients locations. You will help create visibility into what equipment exists, where it’s located, and what needs to happen next.
 
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm, hybrid schedule with two days per week in office
 
What you will be working on:
• Locating equipment across multiple sites and creating a clear, accurate inventory log
• Tracking progress and documenting equipment status from discovery through next steps
• Reviewing and interpreting contracts related to equipment usage and lifecycle
• Determining which assets should be transitioned to a partner or deprovisioned
• Working closely with Procurement and IT teams to gather information and coordinate actions
• Managing equipment deprovisioning where needed
• Identifying contract timelines and recommending next steps
• Tracking down missing information and finding the right contacts to move things forward
 
What we are looking for:
• Strong organizational skills with a natural ability to keep information clear and up to date
• Comfortable reading and interpreting contracts and written documentation
• Tech savvy and confident working with systems, tools, and asset data
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Persistent and resourceful when researching or tracking down details
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
