Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40 per hour

Shift:

2nd shift 2:55pm to 11:25pm

What’s a typical day as Packaging Associate? You’ll be:

  • Packaging cuffs from the production line and preparing component parts or assemblies for shipment according to instructions

  • Labeling, stacking, and adjusting boxes on pallets for shipping or storage

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies or quality issues

  • Escalating any quality concerns with parts, materials, or non-conformities

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements, including documenting all activities

  • Participating in required training and continuous improvement programs

  • Keeping your workspace clean and organized while adhering to safety and EHS standards

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)

  • Are able to read and understand instructions and perform visual inspections

  • Thrive in a team environment and communicate well

  • Are adaptable with strong problem-solving skills

  • Can stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs during your shift

  • Have manual dexterity for repetitive motions and the visual acuity/color vision necessary for quality checks

  • Possess good hearing for verbal instructions and safety alerts

  • Are comfortable wearing PPE and complying with all safety regulations
