Swing Shift Production Associate – Scanning
Hours- 2:30PM – 11PM Monday- Friday
Pay rate: $19/HR
Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Swing Shift Production Associates to join our Scanning Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in our document digitization process, ensuring high-quality results and an efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, jogging papers, sorting, and organizing documents in the correct order
- Handle both large and small format documents with care and accuracy
- Perform quality control to ensure all documents are processed correctly
- Operate cutters and other production equipment as needed
- Follow all safety and company procedures consistently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with quality control tasks preferred
- Experience operating cutters or similar equipment a plus
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, or willingness to learn new software applications
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to daily, reliable attendance
