Kelly® is seeking a Project Control Coordinator to support a leading energy client in Houston’s Energy Corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite with a dynamic team, leveraging your project controls experience in a key role for a large-scale organization.

Job Title: Project Control Coordinator
Location: Onsite – Houston, Texas (Energy Corridor)
Contract: 1-year (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $36–$38 per hour

Employer: Kelly, supporting a top energy client
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project control plans, estimates, control budgets, and WBS structures.
Track and monitor forecasts, incurred costs, and budgets; provide variance analysis and explanations.
Liaise with stakeholders and maintain engagement on project progress, changes, highlights, and issues.
Communicate status and issues with execution and construction teams.
Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate risks and mitigation plans.
Update actual progress, project milestones, and completion dates.
Implement Earned Value Management, ensuring accurate CPI and Earned Value curve reporting.
Execute change management; initiate PCOs, trends, and AFE revisions. Support supplemental funding requests.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field (i.e engineering or construction).
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or project controls.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a team setting.
Proficiency with Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
