Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Polish Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving the desired surface finish of various parts through hands-on polishing operations. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Shifts & Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm | $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | $23.10/hr
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am | $24.15/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Polish parts using hand tools or polishing equipment to meet surface finish specifications.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Uphold strict quality standards throughout the polishing process.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or polishing environment is a plus but not required.
