What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating and supporting project activities within the housing administration sector
- Managing documentation, schedules, and communications for ongoing projects
- Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Reporting directly to project managers and collaborating across multiple teams
- Traveling between various locations across the metro area and Caguas as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in the housing administration industry in similar roles (required)
- Preferably possess a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certificate (experience may be validated by studies)
- Are available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility for overtime
- Can travel between multiple locations within the metro area and Caguas
- Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
